Grow & Thrive
The Desens House provides a space for women in recovery from Substance Use Disorder to grow and thrive in a safe, structured, and faith-based environment. As the only long-term residential program of its kind in Oswego County, we offer more than just shelter; we offer an unburdened runway to independence. Residents live free of charge, allowing them to focus entirely on their sobriety, healing from past trauma, and rebuilding their future through education, vocational training, and spiritual growth. Our home provides the consistent structure, loving accountability, and daily support needed to successfully transition from dependence to self-sufficiency.

Potential residents are required to complete an intake for outpatient services at Farnham Family Services or be an established client of Farnham Family Services. For questions about our Residency Program contact: Alicia Friedrich: aliciafriedrich@desenshouse.org
